What is your MOQ?

Depends on your design and products, usually the MOQ is 1000pcs. While we also can do smaller quantity for you.

Can I order a sample first before mass production?

Of course. The sample fee depends on your design.

Can I put my design logo on the items?

Of course. We can put your own logo on the items. We can also customize your logo, design for you.

How soon can I get a sample made?

Sample time needs around 7 days. Bulk time needs around 35 days.

How can I get my goods shipped if I place the order to you?

Goods (for small qty) can be shipped via express (DHL, Fedex, UPS etc), it is door to door service. We also can deliver by Air or by Sea for large quantity.

What is your usual term of payment?

For small order value less than US$10,000.00, we need 30% deposit by T/T before production. For order value more than US$30,000.00, we accept L/C at sight payment.
