A product code and picture are associated with each pattern. Once a pattern is selected, we work on the pre-production sample for inspection and approval before moving to production.

We source fabric only from well-reputed local and international suppliers, utilizing premium quality raw materials. The fabric is strictly inspected before going into production.

Fabric is cut into different components (front, back, sleeve, collar, etc.) depending upon the garment requirements. These components are numbered, stored, and audited.

According to the product design, garments are printed or embroidered. The panels are verified for a smooth finish and recut to begin the final shaping process.

We utilize premium imported sewing machines to handle customized garment requests, employing various advanced stitching techniques perfected over years of craftsmanship.
